Dr. Deutsch is excellent. Very informed, thorough, sincere, experienced and accommodating. However, his new office seems to run very late as a rule. He’s worth it, but still I have to wonder why ultra long waits are necessary when appointments are clearly made.
Inexcusable and unprofessional. Drove one hour from Staten Island after taking half a day from work and my 6 yo daughter leaving school early to make her bi-annual exam. Get there after walking in the freezing cold with two small children after our commute to find a piece of paper on the door explaining that the dr has moved offices. No phone call or email was sent notifying me of this. After then commuting to the second/new location no one answered. And the phone just rings. This is completely unacceptable.
