Doctor Burtka and his entire staff are fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased with them.

I agree with some of the comments. The staff is busy multi tasking so they could use help. I have called during office hours but got the "office closed" message.
Dr. Burtka is absolutely amazing, but his receptionists are horrible to try to work with - you cannot get through a question or sentence without them rudely interrupting and making you feel like an absolute bother. It's disheartening that their behavior has been consistent enough for long enough for there to be several reviews of this nature, especially given the level of professionalism and care that Dr. Burtka himself, does bring to the practice.
