Never answer phones. Had an appointment at 1pm, after their lunch, and they opened back up at 1:20pm. Making everyone wait extra time. However, Donna is amazing. Great doctor!
No one answers the phonss. Went at 4pm and no one was there. Never sent my lab orders for my VERY IMPORTANT blood work. My RXs AREN'T being filled. I feel ignored & need a new office!!!!
The staff is spot on they are wonderful. I don't have some people say they're rude but you know somebody's off of you that you were off of first
I love this office Drs and staff are so kind and supportive of all my needs situations and etc Donna and her nurse Ashanti are always quick to answer my questions be there for me anything I need they help me the most they can ! I love them! Thank you Donna!! And to your nurse and all staff members you girls are awesome
My Physician's assistant, Donna, was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a very comfortable experience. The receptionists are actually very pleasant regardless of previous reviews.
