Dr Esfeh is an exceptional physician and diagnostician. She communicates in both a compassionate and knowledgeable manner to her patients.
After going through the awful prep for a colonoscopy and showing up for my 8:15 AM appointment, a nurse comes out at 8:30 to tell me the doctor wasn't coming in! Apparently she had a PT day and no one bothered to tell her patients for the day. I am beyond livid with the doctor, her office and the Cleveland Clinic right now. "Sorry, we can try to reschedule you with someone else in another building." did not help.
