Tells you not to come in if I’m babysitting my grandson and doesn’t call for appointment till 2 hour before it, I don’t get appointment cards and they are to call . When I told them they said no problem and we were both sick to boot and she changed $75 for no show. The no show clause wasn’t in any paperwork. They need a history every time you go as nothing seems to be saved in their system.
