I had bad anxiety meeting with Jakob at first. It's always scary walking into a new place. But he quickly put me at ease and was so kind and understanding! First time in along time I felt seen and heard.
Jake is an extremely compassionate, emphatic listener. He is helpful, without being judgement and quickly puts you at ease. I always feel seen and heard with him and appreciate how he values my feedback while we work together to find a treatment plan that feels manageable, while still challenging me. Making changes in your life is not always comfortable, but Jake gives you the tools to make it happen. Would definitely recommend!
I was very nervous to go to therapy but Jake made it very easy and he doesn’t judge you he made me very comfortable! happy I found someone who understands!
