Jake is an extremely compassionate, emphatic listener. He is helpful, without being judgement and quickly puts you at ease. I always feel seen and heard with him and appreciate how he values my feedback while we work together to find a treatment plan that feels manageable, while still challenging me. Making changes in your life is not always comfortable, but Jake gives you the tools to make it happen. Would definitely recommend!
Super easy to talk to and help me with my issues. 10/10 would recommend.
