What a Great pleasure tk you to the whole clinic after trying and stressful attempts to get a Neurologist so thankful for Dr Rathore so knowledgeable and soft spoken
His metrowest office needs to get it together. Within 1 call that lasted 20 min waiting I was addressed 3 times. Once I said I need to make an appt they jumped out " please hold" After 20 min on hold, third time someone addressed me then asked w insurance they said they don't take it. Wasted my time and their excuse? We have many calls. If the first person actually addressed me instead of throwing me on hold for the next person n then the next person. I would have found another doctor.
Dr.Rathare is better than the best. So you don’t like to wait. I promise he is worth waiting for if you want real treatment! Bring a book and understand you are getting the best of medicine.
Dr.J, keeps you waiting for over 1.5 hr. Staff is horrible. Don't support you before or after your appointment.
