My entire family has been coming here for about six-ish years, and we’ll absolutely continue. While it’s not the same level of ongoing relationship as a primary care provider, she and her staff are personable enough that we always feel recognized and welcomed when we come in. Her team is kind, professional, and creates a really comfortable environment every time. Dr. Kastner has been my optometrist for several years now and has always provided great care for my vision. I have gone to other providers and I feel my prescription is always off. So even though I live a bit further I don’t mind driving out to get the best service that I need for my eyes. Thank you Dr. Kastner.
I’ve been going to Dr. Kastner for about 8 years and could not imagine going anywhere else! Every year when I go to get my examination they always have a smile on their faces. Very friendly and welcoming! If you’re looking for an eye doctor I recommend Dr. Kastner!
Dr. Jaisy Kastner and her staff are an amazing team and we left with a wonderful experience. Felt comfortable walking in the door, front desk explained the process as we continued with our eye exam. Family visit for a yearly check up and an updated prescription. I definitely plan to visit again and refer my friends. Thanks again for the pleasant experience.
Dr. Kastner is awesome! She makes sure to explain in detail everything she is checking/testing. In addition to that, she makes you feel very welcome. When I come for my eye appointments, I look forward to getting a chance to talk with her and catch up. I would highly recommend this optometrist!
