Dr. Jaisy Kastner and her staff are an amazing team and we left with a wonderful experience. Felt comfortable walking in the door, front desk explained the process as we continued with our eye exam. Family visit for a yearly check up and an updated prescription. I definitely plan to visit again and refer my friends. Thanks again for the pleasant experience.
Dr. Kastner is awesome! She makes sure to explain in detail everything she is checking/testing. In addition to that, she makes you feel very welcome. When I come for my eye appointments, I look forward to getting a chance to talk with her and catch up. I would highly recommend this optometrist!
I have been going to Dr.Kastner's office for over 10 years. She's absolutely amazing and makes you feel like family. She's honest, knowledgeable and most of all caring. Her and her staff are very welcoming; Obi, Naraly and Maya. I highly recommend coming here.
Dr. Kastner is a very caring doctor. She's so knowledgeable and really takes the time to find out the right care and treatment plan. So lucky to have found her. The office staff is so friendly and I always feel welcome.
My insurance is with Cigna and Dr. Kastner is in my network. My eye exam copay is $20. When I arrived at my appointment and approached the front desk, the young lady behind the counter asked me my name and if I had been there before. I said no, so she started to give me some paperwork to complete. Dr. Kastner appeared in front of me and told her employee that she would sign me in.
