the two times i’ve been here have been pleasant experiences with dr. wong. he truly is a professional in the healthcare industry. however, i’m giving his office a 2 star review due to multiple reasons. the first reason is due to scheduling. dr. wong has a severely impacted schedule. this means, if you plan to visit him, expect to see him 3 to 4 weeks out. this is absolutely absurd. secondly, when you have an appointment scheduled, don’t expect them to see you right away. wait times varied for me, between 45 mins to an hour. ... read more
Great experience. Dr. Wong sent me to take x-ray about my xiphoid pain and general blood test. But never get my test results back to me, it has been two months. Tried to call a few times, but just same general response. Also, I couldn’t refill my inhaler prescription. Plus, never got any referral codes since they promised me a week after visited Dr. Wong.
I wish every doctor were like Dr. Wong. He makes visiting the doctor an enjoyable experience. He is kind, attentive, thorough, and always positive. His office staff are also warm and helpful. They are truly living out their “always comfort” motto.
