Called since 8am, was told I have to visit two different people to get my prescription. Staff said the same run around. Completely unacceptable.
Dr. Moreno has always been so friendly and polite with me and my mom. I sent him a private letter about her dementia and he was on board by helping me advise her. He encourages her to do things she needs to continue doing as she ages. There was a med that I didn't feel was working. He politely told me to try another one. This med is working great now. Their staff is efficient and friendly every time I take her.
My mother has had so much trouble with this doctor. He is not cooperative & the tests he's taken of my mom seem to be normal until my mom had to go to hospital in near death. We need records sent to specialist and they have NOT sent them even after we have called reminding them several times causing us unnecessary stress with new specialists. My still has not received her bone stimulators that she was promised for thre last 2 weeks.
