I was referred to see a urogynocologist specialist. When I first called, they took all of my information and told me they needed my medical records to determine if they could help me. I sent 29 pages of records, which clearly document my condition and include recommendations from my previous OB-GYN and another specialist to follow up with a urogynocologist. This has to be the hardest dr to get ahold of. Doesn’t answer portal messages. Don’t know what I’m supposed to do with this medication. The other 2 providers are ok but one rushes appointments. Not happy with my care here. The gynecologist in the same office calls me but I didn’t get the phone in time. Never tries to call back. I’m about done with drs period. All they care about is a paycheck.
