Helped me with my infected toe. Accurately diagnosed me and treated me, unlike other doctors who misdiagnosed it (I chose very bad doctors). Also spoke Spanish so I could communicate with him much better than other doctors; no, he did not have a huge incomprehensible accent. His office was in a bad place of town, but don't let that fool you. It is clear that Dr. Duarte cares for the well being of his patients. I go to his office all the time now. Would recommend this place to anyone!
