My daughter came to this location today to pick up the antibiotics that I should have received after my surgery. I had already informed the staff that she would be coming to get my medication that day. When she arrived, one of the employees, a young white woman, came around the corner and abruptly said, "They already sent it," with a very rude and unprofessional tone. During our visit with Dr. Jahmal A. Hairston, I felt dismissed and disrespected. We informed him that members of his staff had been very rude to my mother, but instead of listening to our concerns or looking into what happened, he immediately defended his staff. When my mother asked if he could review the office cameras to see the interaction, he responded that she couldn’t tell him what to do. Dr H is a very professional and caring Dr his staff treats my husband so good he is 5 days post-op he is still in pain,as to be expected,but the Dr and his staff are awesome and are taking great care of my husband
