I've been a patient at this office for 24 years and yes the black lady at the front desk can be an issue. Dr Lal is awesome but I hate that she's who you meet first. I call her a Sourpatch Kid because she goes from sweet to sour lol. The only reason I dont give him 5 stars is because of her!

Dr Lal is an awesome doctor! But from my many experiences the receptionist is so rude!!
I haven’t even been seen by a doctor there yet, I only wanted to give them a try because my family says dr. Lal is good. I went a few weeks ago to fill out a new patient packet, after filling out the packet the receptionist who was there at the time was so nice and very helpful even gave my kids Easter candy which was so sweet! About two weeks later I received a call asking my to verify my insurance so I did. Today I called in just to check and see if everything was okay and the ladies were so rude and very unprofessional!
