Muy bueno doctor Lal
Dr Lal is an awesome doctor! But from my many experiences the receptionist is so rude!!
I haven’t even been seen by a doctor there yet, I only wanted to give them a try because my family says dr. Lal is good. I went a few weeks ago to fill out a new patient packet, after filling out the packet the receptionist who was there at the time was so nice and very helpful even gave my kids Easter candy which was so sweet! About two weeks later I received a call asking my to verify my insurance so I did. Today I called in just to check and see if everything was okay and the ladies were so rude and very unprofessional! Best and exceptional doctor
I had been with this office for 6 years before leaving .. the staff is unprofessional and they never answer the phone .. the staff could care less about their patients.. nothing was done when I spoke to Dr Lal about this all my concerns … trying to get referrals done by staff u have to ask over and over and over again … in all my 59yrs I have never been treated so poorly by the medical profession ..I don’t recommend this office
