Dr. Qinghong and Dr. Rawal are both amazing providers. They are thorough, take the time to listen to my concerns, and provide excellent care. I truly appreciate how attentive and compassionate they are, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the medical care I receive from them. Unfortunately, the front desk has been a completely different experience. I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff at this office. They were often unhelpful, seemed uninterested in assisting patients, and at times came across as disrespectful. Good communication and kindness are important in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or supported during my visits. I hope the office works on improving customer service and treating patients with more professionalism and respect.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jagat for quite some time and visit the office regularly. Despite my concerns about the front desk staff, I continued coming here because the office is within walking distance of my home and Dr. Jagat himself is kind, professional, and provides good care.
