Was calling to inquire about them as my new primary care provider. Very rude phone receptionist. She raised her voice at me with a very bad tone and so I just hung up the call. I will not be going here.

I went to this office because I urgently needed a physician to sign an MMR immunization form for my school. I explained that the office was open and that this was time-sensitive, but instead of trying to help or offering any guidance, the staff simply told me they couldn’t speak with me without an appointment. Waited one hour after my appointment time and left after being told I’m next for 15 min after asking how much longer. This place is for retired old ppl who don’t have other things to do during the day . I gave the respect of showing up on time and waiting and asking politely for a time frame after an hour . I don’t have time to wait an hour and play word games with your receptionist. Learn to respect people.
