I recently saw Dr Jag for a full body skin examination and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Dr Jag was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the examination. My family and I came in for a full skin check, and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff and Dr. Jag were extremely professional, kind and friendly. The clinic is serene and calm. I had to follow up with a procedure to biopsy/remove a skin growth and Dr. Jag made this experience very smooth, calm and painless. Highly informative and thorough with each step and process, and provided LED healing afterwards. Highly recommend this clinic, very grateful to have it in the beautiful Blackwood area!
I chose dr Jag for a skin check. I got al little nervous when the waiting room brochure fronted aesthetics and hair regrow therapies! At ease I was in the right place the receptionist was charming and very helpful with a good sense of humour. Dr Jag was similarly helpful and very thorough in explain how skin cancers occur and the need for a biopsy. The biopsy was conducted professionally with what I imagine is the latest equipment. Had my very first skin check today, was quite nervous due to losing my dad earlier this year to Melanoma, but Dr Jag was welcoming, calming and easy to talk to. I felt very respected during the check and he explained things well. The clinic was well presented, clean and welcoming. Was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who greeted me by name. Would definitely recommend to others and will come back again.
Very friendly staff and a great experience overall. Dr Jag was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. The offer of water and tea was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.
