Dr. Jag is friendly, kind, very professional, and has time to explain things thoroughly to his patients. He shared a lot of valuable information and proposed a treatment plan that makes so much sense. His Reception and administration staff and assistants are also wonderful and very helpful. Looking forward to better skin.
I had a great experience with my doctor for my hair care treatment. He took the time to understand my concerns, explained the treatment plan clearly, and answered all of my questions. The follow-up appointments were excellent, and he regularly checked my progress and adjusted the treatment when needed. Dr. Jag not only ensures he sees his patients on time without waiting in the waiting room- he never rushes through appointments and always takes the time to explain things. The girls at the desk are friendly and the office always has a lovely vibe. Dr Jag took excellent care of me and I couldn't be happier with my treatment and outcome. My first experience with Dr. Jag today! He is a doctor that I am happy to see again. He is kind, thoughtful and thorough in his manner and diagnosis. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout a minor surgical procedure. That is a gift!
I booked a bulk-billed skin cancer check after receiving a call from the clinic. When booking, I specifically explained that I was on a tight schedule and asked how long the appointment would take. I was assured it would fit within my available time, and I even built in an extra 20-minute buffer.
