I had a wonderful experience at this clinic today. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist, and the waiting room was bright, welcoming, and beautifully scented, creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere. I attended for a routine skin cancer screening with Dr Jag, and he made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently had a full body skin check with Dr Jag. He was on time, did the full body skin check and kept me updated as he found spots, or went over spots I had concerns about. Having a bulk billed appointment was really helpful and an appointment before 9am meant I didn’t miss out on work. I will be recommending to friends and will come back in twelve months for another check. Thank you for making this a comfortable and welcome experience.
Wonderful clinic. Dr Jag very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to skin checks, happy to explain and put your mind at ease if you had any concerns regarding moles. Reception staff all very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back for my yearly check ups 😀
Dr jag made me feel at ease having her skin check today I hadn’t had one before and explained what he was doing along the way. My husband also had a check, He was running a little late as someone before us had an emergency biopsy which I think is a great asset. Saving the client going home and worrying, we will go back for our skin checks. Excellent service
