What stood out? The dentist demonstrated a noticeable lack of empathy toward customers. The facility itself appeared unclean and had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of an old attic. Based on my experience, his primary focus seemed to be on upselling services rather than providing genuine patient care. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional-loud and disruptive throughout the visit.
We absolutely love this dentist and his staff. Very sweet staff so nice to work with. My grandson had a tooth break off and they got him in the next day. They did xrays and found that tooth along with 4 others had to be removed. Cost was very clearly stated. Different financial services were shared.
