We absolutely love this dentist and his staff. Very sweet staff so nice to work with. My grandson had a tooth break off and they got him in the next day. They did xrays and found that tooth along with 4 others had to be removed. Cost was very clearly stated. Different financial services were shared. We left that day clearly understanding what his cost would be. Dr Choi is precise in telling you what has to be done and options available. Zero hard sale tactics. This is the worst dentist I’ve ever been to in all my life! They have illegally billed my insurance before the bridge was even delivered and lied to me about payment plans and charged me 500 dollars for temporary then three weeks later said we need 2000 to put the permanent one in and we won’t do the work if you do not get it now!!!! The front desk lady made the arrangements for monthly and now are not returning the insurance the money after I called and they said of course we will!!!
