Awful
This is the most rude and unprofessional office. I have been taking my daughter to this office for almost 4 years at this point. This is after they told us her treatment would take 1.5-2 years. I understand that is an estimate but twice the time?? They recently moved offices and the service has gone from bad to worse. They recently cancelled 2 of our last 3 appointments at the last minute after they claimed to have called me and left a message. They never called. I’ll admit I didn’t do my homework before paying the 5K.. not a great decision now I am stuck with this person now who will be working on my teeth I hope that it all works out, but we’ll see :( but please do not fall for their antics…
Dr. Jacquie is always so kind and up lifting. I got Invisalign 2 years ago from her and the process was pretty simple. Ever since, she’s continued to perfect my smile with the upmost care.
Dr. Jacquie and her staff are the best. My daughter had Invisalign & her teeth look amazing. Dr. Jacquie was even so kind to touch up her teeth after treatment. We truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend Dr. Jacquie’s office to anyone.
