Dr. Jacques Zhang is an amazing surgeon. After a major hand injury, we went to the ER, and he came in while on call. From the moment we met him, his calm presence, compassion, and confidence gave us reassurance during a very stressful experience. He explained what to expect, told us he would do everything he could, and that’s exactly what he did. He performed a 5.5-hour surgery, and we’re so grateful for the care he gave. Love this doctor. Everything was booked seamlessly and my procedure was done smoothly. Even though I was nervous he made me feel so at ease.
I’m giving 2 stars because of the receptionist she is very rude and condescending! We had to reschedule our original apt for our daughter because of undue circumstances which seemed like an inconvenience to her then we had to change our apt the 2nd time because of serious medical issues and she was so rude to me on the phone she hung up on me because I said I didn’t know if we can reschedule the apt. right now.
