Dr Herzog and the resident Dr Peterson were attentive and patient. They were both pleasant, took time to sit down and listen to me and explain options. The staff was also very kind.
Right ear prosthetic surgery today... the left was done 6 months ago. I was frustrated & felt isolated in personal conversation, social settings, & at work during coworker discussions. I had just about given up on even attempting to communicate. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was a candidate for hearing aids. Very rude doctor and his staff. My dad went to see him for an ear infection. His office said all tests and visitation will be covered by insurance. Dr. didn’t do any treatment but later sent large bills with unrecognized provider listed on it. Total fraud, avoid if you can
He and his staff are awesome.
