Waited in waiting for 3 hours before I left
I Was appalled with how poorly their kitchen staff are treated by the man with the black chef coat being very rude to his staff. I was riding the elevator with one of the kitchen staff and when I asked how she is treated her response was some days are better than others but it is what it is.
Went in on Tuesday with my 2 1/2 year-old. She was having trouble breathing and didn’t seem like herself. She tested positive for RSV and the pediatric doctor there (red headed lovely woman) was super helpful in making the decision to get her helicoptered over to CCMC in Hartford. The staff is very knowledgeable and I appreciated them making quick decisions and getting us a transport that was safe and effective.
