Great experience receiving dental care. The personnel doing dental work is awesome. WORST EXPERIENCE with the BILLING: fees are obscure "pour services professionels rendus par : Dr _____ ______", and then they try to claim to the insurance company, which rightly denies it. We never hear back from it until over a year later, even though we are there for family members regularly. I am deeply disappointed with the service at Dr. Jacques Bourgon Dentiste. My 59-year-old mother, a Ukrainian refugee with limited English, was denied treatment for a severe toothache. When I offered to translate for her over the phone, the staff said accommodating us was "inconvenient." for them and that they require an in-person translator, which was impossible at that time.
