Absolutely advise against using this very unprofessional, rude, and unethical provider. She is only interested in getting as much money as she can from patients, even though she is reimbursed for services by insurance. She fails to meet even a minimum standard of care unless she gets her way, and borders on abusive when questioned about the constant high out-of-pocket fees that cover truly basic "services" such as telling a patient how to turn the device on.
