I did not feel comfortable or welcome during my appointment with Dr. Graven. The interaction felt rushed, and there was little effort made to build any rapport or create a safe space for open communication. It seemed as though the questions were being read off mechanically, without genuine interest or concern for my responses.Additionally, the office environment did not feel inclusive, which added to my discomfort. Due to this experience, I will not be returning for any further testing or care.
My interaction with Dr. Graven was not what I had hoped for or expected. This being said, she did not do anything ?wrong? or inappropriate, she simply did not meet my expectations. I understand everyone has different needs as a patient and she may fit the needs of others but for myself, I will not be going back. I write this not out of anger but out of disappointment.
