Years after writing a review for Dr Judd Flack I just went on her Web site for a Fax number and noticed that she only got a 3 star rating. It has now been about 5 to 6 years that she has been my doctor and I can only say that she has been a TEN. The office has screwed up on occasion, however, NOT this doctor. Probably the best provider I’ve been to. She cares about what’s going on with you. She’s extremely proactive. It can sometimes be hard to get an appointment with her but it’s absolutely worth the wait.
She is only after money. I told her when I met her the very first time, you won't see me very often because, I just don't get sick. I was also supposed to be put on a call list for my second dose of shingles shot, and never received that call. I just recently called to get a excuse to go back to work, when she said no because, she hasn't seen me in 2 years, that I need to see a respiratory specialist or go to Urgent Care. Now I see whey Urgent Care has sprung up everywhere.
Dr. Judd Flack is a fairly new Dr. to me but I feel she listens, takes her time and seems to be thorough. She's very personable. There have been times when I felt follow up was not what I have been accustomed to w previous Dr's only to find out that it was not due to her or her staff, but to my insurance Co. So...at this point, I am happy with her services and would feel comfortable recommending her to a friend or family member (which I have).
