Dr. Chu was great! She was very personable and kind. She took the time to ask me about my family history and researched for me the answers to some of the questions I couldn't answer.
Dr. Chu is one of the most delightful doctors (or anyone else, for that matter!) I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is kind and sweet with a most positive and cheery attitude that is both calming and disarming. Any stress or anxiety drops away after sitting down meeting with her. I have a complex and very unpleasant condition that she is treating, with a little help from me!, that will take a very long time to treat/resolve and I feel completely comfortable and at ease with her every step of the way!
Dr Chu was very thorough and answered all my questions. The procedure went very quickly. I loved that Dr Chu met with me before and after the procedure. The entire staff was kind, respectful and amazing.
Dr. Chu was like a breath of fresh air after going to multiple doctors who were either dismissive of my concerns or wouldn’t listen to my full story. Dr. Chu actually took time to listen to me and address my concerns, she also took time to explain to me the possible reasons for my condition and the action plan that I can take.
