Not a happy camper! pieces of a tooth came out while flossing and , because I have lost 2 teeth for not getting into see dr. in time before abscesses... one pulled one I had a crown. I called both oscoda and Alpena to get in.... first was told no dr in.. call back... which I did 2 days later.. same response at both dental clinics... I then asked for a supervisor and was given the phone # of dental manager... I called.. no answer.. left a message with full details trying to get in to have tooth looked at... no answer b... read more
Warning HORRIBLE SERVICE ⚠️ ⚠️ don't let them do this to you! I had a scheduled New Patient visit at the Alcona health Center Dental on 6-10-2022, because of reasons out of my control; my Lift scheduled driver did not pick me up, nor gave me a notice to them not getting me, led me to missing my appointment for the dentist office.
