NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY. I was a patient for over 10 years most of which I was able bodied and treated great. When I became disabled, I am no longer able to get a refill on my life saving medication because they refuse to accommodate. Telehealth was offered during covid (so it can be offered) but now they no longer offer it showing how accessibility and caring for disabled patients is not priority. I am incredibly disappointed. This was the most frustrating doctor appointment I have ever had. I had allergy responses and she pretty much told me food sensitivities aren't real and if it's not Anaphylactic Shock then it's not an allergy. She was condescending and offered no support or helpful next steps to resolve the issue. I would not only never recommend her, I would advise people to never see her. Apparently I cant leave 0 stars, so I had to enter 1.
I’m not even sure what to say here. I’m flustered, to say the least. For starters, no one got my name correct and it turns out my name was entered incorrectly into their dataset. Nice to know there is attention to detail. Secondly, I do not feel like I was heard by the doctor whatsoever. She took one look at me and said “chronic hives”.
