I did a session on the emsella pelvic floor chair, and even as a healthy man I found the experience to be very useful. You don't realize just how hard it is possible to contract these muscles until you sit in this chair. With this new understanding of the intensity and duration that one can contract these muscles, I have incorporated pelvic floor exercises into my regular workout routine, and I have noticed benefits in sexual function as well as core stability.
