Based on my partner's experience with them as a PCP avoid at all costs!
After years of being with this practice. I decided to change pcp because of the rude office staff. After saying this I was told “I don’t know what to tell you.”

Dr. Heim is a good doctor. Her staff, particularly the nurses who call you are insufferable, unprofessional, snooty and uncaring. I would avoid the practice only because you have to deal with them.
I adore Dr Heim! She is compassionate, attentive and caring. I never feel rushed, I am never left to the care of underlings. These were things I haven't been able to say since my childhood doctors - now that I am 65, that's saying a lot! I never met my last doctor - honestly, he only turned me over to students, and physicians assistants. Anyone who doesn't leave a leave star review must have Dr Heim confused with someone else!
