Dr Saenz is a great person she will go that extra mile … but who ever does P.A.’S sucks and the staff sucks too damn shame they will charge for a visit but wont do their job let me tell ya if ya depend on a medication good luck with them… if you call they will tell you oo we will call you back with results… yea better get a chair and sit while ya wait for that call… damn shame staff is still getting paid but wont do work!!

This office is a shame. They have no regard for their patients and their urgencies when it comes to obtaining an appointment. They never have appointments available for an office visit or tele health. I was in the emergency room with high blood pressure and was told to follow up with my medical dr for the proper medical treatment and it is now 2 weeks later and I am yet to o tain an appointment.
