Very disappointed with Dr Delmont. I've been going there from 2013, and I'm not sure what the changes are that she made. But its not good, because I was always able to get an appointment every single year for a physical. I've been trying to get an appointment from them since Feb, and we are now a day away from April, and nothing. You have to keep calling everyday, because apparently that's how the appointments are made. I will be trying to find another doctor, because that's not acceptable. Please avoid Delmont primary care! This is the worse doctor office to go to. The lack of professionalism in this place is unacceptable. They don’t know what they are doing at the front desk. You can barely contact them on the phone. If you schedule a telehealth appointment, you won’t receive the link to meet with the doctor. Just HORRIBLE! 0/10
DR.HICKS AND HER STAFF ARE THE BEST. ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF ME
When my mom has an office appointment we arrive about 15 minutes early and still will be in exam room for at least an 1hr to be seen by doctor. Also, when I ask for a telehealth or video call they tell me someone will call me back. They don’t always call back and if they do it takes days. I always call about 4-5 days for a refill medication before She runs out. That also takes days. She’s been on the medication for years and said I need to speak to the doctor.
