I had a fantastic experience today with Dr. Folks. Her staff was very kind and friendly and made me feel welcome. There was minimal wait time, my appointment was at 9, and I was seen within 20 minutes, including check-in and paperwork. Dr. Folks was very nice and made sure all my concerns were addressed and even asked again if there was anything else she could help with before leaving the room. I would recommend her to family and friends!
My first impression of Dr. Folks wasn’t a good one. She lacked empathy and the ability to connect. When I told her my concerns, she didn’t seem remotely interested. As a patient, I want to make sure my needs are heard. Her demeanor is cold and even condescending at times. She makes no effort to build a rapport. Very disappointed.
