Dr. Carter is a very knowledgeable and resourceful. She cares about you as a person and is responsive to your needs. Dr Carter has made some high-call decisions which might have saved my life , so I am forever grateful for her. She is focuses on the task at hand, gets to the point, and is excellent at coordinating with specialists to get her patients the right care they need. We need more doctor's like Dr. Carter!
This Dr is very rude she will only give you 15 mins of her time then she throws you out that is what she did to my Husband.....
