I made an appointment for a physical 3-4 months out. The day before my appointment, they call me and want to reschedule because the doctor was going to be out of the office. I was willing to reschedule as long as I didn't have to wait another 3-4 months for an appointment. They called me back to let me know that there wasn't any confirmation about the doctor not coming in, so to keep my appointment. I arrived to my 10:15 am appointment at 10:00 am. In my first visit to establish care, she performed and charged for services I didn't need. In an annual check-up the year after, she laughed at and dismissed my response to one of her questions. Lastly, the office environment is very chaotic and unprofessional. This provider reprimands her office staff in front of patients making it an uncomfortable setting. I’ve been coming to Dr. Aguiluz since i was a baby. My whole family has her as a health care provider and we are always satisfied with our visits. She’s truly a good doctor and her personality makes it way better!

The staff seems to mess up the appointments and do not stick to what you scheduled. Once you come in either you don't have an appointment and the date is changed. To top it off you have to wait like if its my fault for the error they made. Also a different Doctor sees you instead of the one prescribed. Some people have to work and not all the time there dismissed. Staff seems to have the nack of doing that all the time.
