The staff are friendly but the dentist Dr. Jacob’s needs anger management classes, he was very unprofessional and just angry, I bit my tongue because I needed to get my session finished but I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this dentist, he got issues.
Doctor Jacobs is very compassionate and kind with my Autistic young adult son. Thanks to him I got a refund from medicaid for extra expenses in dental care and he has infinite patience with my boy. He has advocated for my son when referring to other specialists for root canal and fillings. Thank you.
