Left a message a week before the appointment to cancel (after waiting months). No offer to reschedule
While I have not been cured as of my first appt, I have to say I found all the staff very friendly and helpful 🙏🏻 I pray that all goes as well on my next visit . After two more visits it only got better 5 stars plus
A MAN FULL OF HIMSELF, AND GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT AS A DOCTOR
His arrogance totally overpowers this man’s persona and medical expertise (obviously he passed his certification requirements). He was very rude to us while reprimanding us for cancelling an appointment. My husband is 95. I cancelled an appointment because his symptoms had subsided and Omicron was peaking. If I could give this a Zero I would. Whatever you do don't reschedule with this office because they are very vindictive. Showed for a scheduled appointment to be turned around by a very rude and incompetent billing personnel that refused to see me simply by not doing her job. My insurance company is a provider of there and my wife sees them and because they have issues with me rescheduling they decide to turn me around and tell me that I can't be seen because of my carrier.
