Dr Otis is very professional and with great experience. I had a root canal procedure done with him and everything went really well. From the diagnosis to the execution he and his team treat me very well and with honest and sincere feedback on my condition and follow up. I was recommended to him through Dr Allameh from Newport coast and I can assure Dr Otis did an excellent job on my tooth.
Tender, gentle, professional and walked out with a world class smile Dr. O is hands down - and pearly whites out - the best in California!
Dr. Otis is awesome! I needed an emergency root canal. He saw me on very short notice. His office has state-of-the art equipment and a friendly staff. Dr. Otis is personable, energetic, and professional. He walked me through exactly what he was going to do, did the procedure, gave me a post-op evaluation of how things went and then a follow up call to see how I was recovering. No one wants a root canal but when you need one you could not be in better hands. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Otis and his entire team are awesome! Who would of thought getting a root canal could be enjoyable? Everyone made it so comforting and pain free! You can tell that Customer care is their top priority!! Clean office, knowledgeable and extremely nice staff!
