Amanda Tollett is amazing. She makes you feel seen and heard. Beautiful bedside manner, efficient, answers questions in plain English so that I can understand. She explains whatever needs explaining. Professional, polite and direct. I feel like they know me here. I walk in and don’t even have to tell them my name.
