I am posting this as a 2 star because of an overcharge and unwillingness of the staff to correct the error (even though in an email they admitted the mistake was on their part). Was given a procedure that was not due and was charged. When I finally figured out what had happened (series of emails with Dr. Kerst's office and my dental insurance), I attempted to get the staff to make the correction and refund me. To no avail. I’ve been seeing Dr Kerst for many years. He is caring and kind to me as I am a senior citizen and he is especially careful with my teeth because of that. I had a lot going on today and was apprehensive about my appointment which I should not have been because it went extremely well with minimal pain. Thank you Dr. kerst and your wonderful staff.
I have been coming to see Dr. Kerst since 2019. I moved away for two years and when I have been back to visit family, I would make sure to have an appointment to come and see him because he is like no other Dentist! I came to have my teeth cleaned and he even had time to make sure he scheduled me in to getting my crown made and put in before I left.
