The doctor was great and has been,but I had a great hygienist and she wasn't there this last time. When I asked where she was they didn't really give a reason. Felt the cleaning today was not very thorough and she seemed snotty when discussing better brushing. Not happy because I take good care of my teeth and usually only see the hygienist other than exams. I'll give her another trial I think her name was Teresa not sure
I was in for a cleaning and the hygienist I had seen twice was not there. They said she had left,but didn't say much about it. I felt this time this other one wasn't very thorough and my teeth still felt dirty. I asked her to check and she said she got it all. I love the doctor he is great,but I typically see the hygienist mainly. Not happy,but I will give Teresa another try
I have been going to this office for 15 years. Dr. Young is top notch and his staff goes above and beyond. He was there for me this weekend when my wife was in pain from a bad tooth and took time to make sure she was getting comfortable. she was treated on Monday and feeling much better after her root canal
