Dr. Boyack is one of the most uncaring, rude and dishonest dentists I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. He offered to reimburse me after his hygienist gave a painful and unprofessional cleaning, but then changed his mind when I did not want to continue as a patient. Both he and his male hygienist were rough and left me worse than when I came in. Boyack then ad the audacity to want to charge me to evaluate and refer me after causing the pain. Worst dentist ever!
I've seen Dr. Boyack for three visits now and am quite pleased with Olympic SmileCare. The office staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Boyack does a good job of explaining findings, procedures, options, etc. I just had two fillings done, and that went very well, minimal discomfort and no pain. Dr. Boyack told me exactly what he was doing throughout which I really appreciated. I've also had little to no wait time on arrival or in the chair; I know that can't always happen, but it's great when it does!
