He is cordial knows how to handle my sickness
I went to see Dr. Alparce in urgent care. I had a throat infection so I already knew I had to get antibiotics to treat it. Dr. Alparce gave me exactly what I expected to get however...I waited 45 minutes in an empty waiting room and an additional 30 minutes once I was actually checked in. Dr. Alparce was short with me and I felt judged for coming into urgent care. Will definitely not be coming back to this facility.
He is very thorough and even though appointments can run late, I know when my turn comes, he will take as long as necessary with me. He takes the time to answer questions and explain everything until he knows you understand. The staff is very helpful as well. He has been my doctor since he has been in Chino. Marie, his nurse is great, too!
