Terrible receptionist, rude and never scheduled my appointment call with Dr.Poon. Ended up waiting the whole day for nothing. She also missed another one of these "phone call appointments" in the past. She never emails any follow up results from your appointment either. Dr.Joon is the only reason I even bother.
