Terrible receptionist, rude and never scheduled my appointment call with Dr.Poon. Ended up waiting the whole day for nothing. She also missed another one of these "phone call appointments" in the past. She never emails any follow up results from your appointment either. Dr.Joon is the only reason I even bother. Dr. Poon is an exceptional family doctor. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains his recommendations. His knowledge and expertise are evident, and he always makes me feel heard and understood. The office staff is also very helpful and responsive. I've always been able to reach them by phone and have received timely responses. I highly recommend Dr. Poon to anyone seeking a caring and knowledgeable family doctor.
If there was a way to post this without giving a star I definitely would. At first meet he was nice, pleasant and professional. He helped my husband with his at the time health issues. We even went as far as to recommend him to other family members who also have health problems. Who all came back to us with the same complaints.
