I made an appointment and then waited 1 hour. Then the staff told me that I had not made an appointment. When I gave them a Medicare card they said yes they have my appointment but me details didn’t match. I have been going there for 10 years. I asked if I could just talk to my Doctor who I have been seeing for 10 years Dr Henly, they said no I can’t, ring back for a different appointment. English is not the language here, you need to understand Chinese to get any service
First of all they speak English - some reviews were so ridiculous. Overall services are really good and doctors are patient and nice. Only thing is that they re so busy so hard to get an appointment
