Horrible service the doctor is arrogant and doesn’t take his time being a new patient. Also had my information stolen from his office and had some weird number calling me claiming that this doctors office gave them my information. When I called the doctors office to ask who they have my information to they had no clue. Horrible and I wish I never waisted my time here.
Unbelievably long wait time on the phone.
Took my fiancé in for his scope and felt like Dr Tocco was just trying to rush us out of the room without listening to our concerns. Apparently he had the same experience for his first telehealth session. Need to work on bedside manner if you want to keep your patients
I have to give Dr. Tocco some credit: he did properly diagnose me and started me on medications that saved my colon. However, he quickly demonstrated that I was just a number to him and not a patient. My meds started failing after a year, and instead of switching me to something new, checking me for antibodies, etc., Dr. Tocco prescribed me 40mg of prednisone a day. **UPDATE (6/05/25) - I was never contacted by anyone from Dr. Tocco's office. If you are looking for "care" vs another DR that is pushing you through their system in order to bill your insurance, I would look somewhere else. **ORIGINAL POST Dr. Tocco's office called me repeatedly before my appt looking for me to call them and do an intake call regarding my health history.
