Dr. Sussman was my doctor for 40 years. I left only because my wife wasn't well and couldn't leave her alone at home and her doctor took me on. Doctor Sussman got me through many medical issues and always understood my medical background when I'd visit him. If you needed x-rays there's an x-ray office on the same floor. Need blood work, a floors up. If anything showed up on blood work he would call you before your scheduled appointment. My new doctor really doesn't know my health history yet. This is the absolute WORST office I have ever been to. While I have no negative contributes of Dr. Susman that I can mention, the receptionists at the front desk are not suitable for their job. I sat for over an hour before I was allowed to enter his office, and that was only because I went up to the receptionist and complained for the long wait. Terrible place, the ladys at the front Desk specially the Asian one , seem to hate the ir job: very unprofessional, rude , unpolite; they always are upset talking so very rude and leaving people on hold for very long time, worst customer service ever. It happened the me , my husband and my mom in different occasions. Worse doctors office ever, to book an appointment they put you on hold for over half an hour, and the front desk lady is so dam rude, and yes they should shut this place down, and when you need something done the doctor pocks the money for himself, it takes forever to see the doctor, i was im a bad car accident and the doctor is not help at all, always finds the easy way out, he take too long of vacations, has alot of time and is not willing to take new patients ( like my kids who were also in the car accident with me) .
