I was a patient years ago and I switch doctors -at that time late 1990s I’m not sure but now I need a letter stated I was with epilepsy which Dr Albert never informed me but it is necessary for a program through SSI So now after 3 messages I call and the dr answers the phone so I proceeded asking him about paperwork- well he cuts me off sounding annoyed and that he is w a patient and to call again for the office staff I ask why did he pick up the phone if he is with patient and please do not get annoyed with me… A couple hou... read more
